So…what should we do about the book of Revelation?

First thing is to read and study Revelation; it is the only book in the Bible that gets you a
blessing, just for reading it. Revelation 1:3
Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.  Revelation
is a Prophesy of the Last Days, along with a warning.

Recently God has told me to read Revelation again, I have read Revelation many
times and there is always something new God revels to me. My journey with God
and with the Book of Revelation started when I was a teenager, in the sixties.
My Sunday school teacher spent a year on the study of revelation.  This is the
first time I heard about the Last Days or End Times, and to my surprise it did
not scare me, I knew I was saved and knew where I would spend eternity.  The
thought of all of this; God’s Judgment and how could this be possible was beyond
my understanding.  How could the Anti-Christ track everybody in the world with
those that have the “Mark of the Beast” and all the events that would take place
and be viewed by the world at the same time? Remember during this time I was
still in my teens there was no cell phone, satellite phones, personal computers,
internet or powerful computers that we have today.  Bill Gates and Steve Jobs
had not formed their companies yet, not until years later.  How was this
possible, great question?  Today there is an answer, today all this is
technologically possible!

But that was not the real question, the real question is what do we do we do about
it (Revelation)?  The book of Revelation in not to scare anyone, it is to warn
and prepare others for the season we are in and when Jesus will return.  When???
We do not know; those that study Bible prophecy believe the time is close!

1 Corinthians 15:52, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last
trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible,
and we shall be changed.

At that very moment (twinkling of an eye) ALL the saints (saved by the blood of
Jesus) will be taken up (Raptured) to be with Christ forever. At that same time
there WILL NOT be a single person on this earth that knows Jesus Christ as their
Savior, which means there will not be a saved person in the entire world!  The
earth as we know it will be a very dark world to live in.

Everyone you know that does not know Jesus as their personal Savior; family,
friends, co-workers will be left behind, which is the bad news; good news…
during the Tribulation period (7 Years) those left behind will have an
opportunity to accept Jesus as their Savior.    However, the really good and
better news is there is still time to tell them about Jesus now and avoid the
Tribulation, which are our job and our responsibility as Jesus’ Saints.

That is one of the purposes of the Book of Revelation is to warn everyone that means;
your family, friends, co-workers, those you love and even those you do not know!

Revelation 22:7
“Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”

Revelation 22:20 He who testifies to these things says, “
Surely I am coming quickly.”

Amen. Even so, come,
Lord Jesus!

Some believe the book of Revelation to be a hard message to understand or even to
believe, that may be true for some, however in Psalm 119:105 The LORD says that
His Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light to our path.  John 8:32 Jesus
says;
 “
Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”  And
2
nd Timothy 3:16-17; “
All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for
correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be
adequate, equipped for every good work.”

Please feel free to pass this message to all you know that are not sure where
they will spend eternity, also here is a link to a
Sinners Prayer.
